What are you most proud of during your time at DataDelivers?
We’ve nurtured relationships with our clients and coworkers, prioritizing calm and steady leadership during a period of change. Through it all, we’ve emphasized the importance of a healthy work/life balance, strategic collaboration, and deep, trusting partnership.
What has influenced you most as a leader?
In my experience, leadership lessons are found everywhere. I’ve learned so much by participating in sports and coaching youth athletic programs, reading leadership-focused literature, and adhering to the tenets of my faith.
What excites you about the future?
I’m tremendously excited to bring products and services to market that perfectly align with the needs of our clients. Recent investments in personnel, technology and industry expertise have already given us glimpses of where we’ll be in a few years’ time – and I can’t wait to see it come to fruition.

We’ve learned how to explain. Big data platforms and customer analytics are highly complex and technical – but we’ve honed our ability to explain to our clients what we do, and how and why it leads to success. We’ve also learned how to define a client’s business objectives to our technical teams – so everyone is on the same page and marching toward a singular goal.
What has influenced you most as a leader?
Understandings that mistakes are not the same as failures – and it’s okay to take missteps if we learn from them!
What excites you about the future?
Having the opportunity to help brands understand their business in entirely new ways – and then translating those learnings into growth.
