What has influenced you most as a leader?
In my experience, leadership lessons are found everywhere. I’ve learned so much by participating in sports and coaching youth athletic programs, reading leadership-focused literature and adhering to the tenets of my faith.
What excites you about the future?
I’m tremendously excited to bring products and services to market that perfectly align with the needs of our clients. Recent investments in personnel, technology and industry expertise have already given us glimpses of where we’ll be in a few years’ time—and I can’t wait to see it come to fruition.
