DataDelivers believes in a proactive, secure approach in protecting consumer privacy. Protecting privacy exists in every element of our business, from physical, virtual and visual security, to ongoing training for all of our employees. We continuously seek ways to protect and assure appropriate use of information related to consumers and to promote policies within the industry that do the same.

We recognize the privacy interests of the businesses and consumers on which it collects information and has implemented comprehensive and formal data protection policies which balance privacy expectations with the legitimate business need of our customers.

Client companies come to DataDelivers to understand their clients and prospects better, and our marketing technologies merge and link client and prospect data together and help in performing analysis so that our clients can provide more targeted and meaningful offers, messages and customer experiences.
Marketing Data Products and Services
Our data products and services are designed to provide more insight and contact information on individuals and households in the US. These products are created from publicly available information such as directories or sourced from other information providers.
Information DataDelivers Collects and How We May Use It
DataDelivers does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) about visitors except when visitors specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. PII may be gathered from registration forms, content submissions, and community postings (e.g., chat and blogs). We may collect PII, such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, contact preferences, and other identifiers as part of our effort to transact business with you and to answer your inquiries. We may also collect PII from you for marketing purposes unless you “opt-out” and request that you not be contacted in conjunction with such marketing activities. We will not knowingly collect, use or disclose data for marketing purposes on anyone under the age of 18.
Marketing Data Products and Services
Our marketing data products contain publicly available information, surveys and information from other data collectors. These products are used by businesses in their offline and online marketing programs. Our data products and service may include PII, such as your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, contact preferences, and other identifiers. We take consumer privacy very seriously. In addition, we are members of the ANA and its DMA division, IAB and DAA and adhere to all their guidelines, self-regulatory principles and ethical practices.
Your Choices and How to Contact Us
If you are a California resident, the following additional rights may be available to you:
Beginning January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) provides California residents with additional rights as described below. Please note your right to know and right to delete are subject to certain exceptions under the CCPA.
We collect the following categories of personal information, as defined in the CCPA, from or about you and may have disclosed this information for a business purpose:
- Identifiers, such as your name, IP address, email, and other similar identifiers;
- Personal and online identifiers;
- Commercial or transactions information;
- Internet activity information;
- Geolocation data;
- Inferences about your predicted characteristics and preferences; and
- Categories of personal information described in Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)—such as telephone number
- Other information about you that is linked to personal information above.
Right to Opt Out of “Sale of Personal Information”:
You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. DataDelivers may disclose certain information about you that may be considered a “sale” under the CCPA. For example, we may disclose information to marketing partners, marketing technology companies, and companies that perform marketing-related services in order to provide you with more relevant advertising tailored to your interests. This information may include identifiers such as your IP address, advertising identifiers, your email address (in a de-identified or hashed form), age and gender, your internet or other electronic network information such as your interaction with an ad, and geolocation data. Right to be deleted from our Marketing Data Products and Services:
You have the right to request the deletion of personal information that we collect under the CCPA. Please note that requesting deletion, upon completion, cannot be undone. To be deleted from our Marketing Data Products and Services Databases, please complete this form or contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your request will remove your name and address from our marketing databases. However, please note that deletion from our databases will not prevent other companies from sending you direct marketing materials or making telemarketing calls.
Right to Opt-Out of Telephone Data:
We subscribe to the ANA/DMA’s Telephone Preference Service (TPS). This service is also the Official Do Not Call list for the States of Pennsylvania and Wyoming. To register your opt-out preference, please visit www.dmachoice.org/DMAdnclist/index.php
We subscribe to the Federal Trade Commission’s Do-Not-Call Registry. If you wish to decrease the amount of unsolicited telemarketing calls you receive, you should register with the Federal Trade Commission’s National Do Not Call Registry. The federal government’s Do Not Call (DNC) Registry allows you to permanently restrict telemarketing calls by registering your phone number at donotcall.gov or by calling. Placing your number on this national registry will stop most telemarketing calls, but not all of them.
The ANA/DMA (www.dmachoice.org) also provides individuals with a form to use to have their names removed from other direct marketers’ mail, e-mail, and telephone call lists. DataDelivers honors opt-out requests made through the ANA/DMA’s services.
Access to Personal Information
At DataDelivers, we believe it is important to provide consumers with clear information about the data available in our marketing databases. As a resident of California you have the right to request that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you as well as information about how we collect, use, disclose, and “sell” personal information. DataDelivers maintains quality control procedures to ensure the information we compile, and process is as accurate and complete as possible. We respond promptly to questions from clients and consumers about the accuracy of information.

DataDelivers maintains security procedures designed to keep information we own, license and process from being accessed by any unauthorized person or business. DataDelivers has safeguards in place to keep your PII accurate, complete, and up to date for the purposes for which it is used. Strict measures will be taken to assure against unauthorized access, alteration, or dissemination of personal information. We also maintain physical security for our facilities and limit access to certain critical areas of our business.
